It was a rare lull in Grumpy Santa’s 48-state marathon (flyathon?); there he was, sitting around in Manchester, New Hampshire, when he got a delightful surprise: a flight attendant sang for him. And sang beautifully (see and hear for yourself)! We’re not surprised that Southwest’s Deborah is a professional singer (here’s her website). We only wish Grumpy Santa could have granted her Christmas wish … a wish ALL flight attendants could appreciate. |

Excellent … Southwest you can make that check to CASH Baby!
Deborah was great!

Deborah…………….You are a super stew. I bet Grumpy Santa wasn’t grumpy anymore after you belted out one of your tunes for him. See, we can do more than just pass out peanuts.
Maybe the sitting on his lap made him HAPPY too

Southwest needs to use this as a start of a great advertising campain. What a great idea. They could take one of their workers, Deborah and use her in some of their advertisement. It would help her and would put a smile on all their customers faces. Hey, who wrote the catchy tune??? What a great Christmas advertisement.

Southwest is overlooking a great campaign and its right under their wings. How obvious than one of their own to promote what they are all about?! Deborah couldn’t be more perfect for this role. Their Marketing/PR dept. needs to see this!! Deborah rocks!!!

When is TRI going to get Southwest service? we want. We need.
Are we really going to get a separate bill from airline for fuel surcharge?
